Paying homage to Indo Tibetan Border Police Jawan Joginder Kumarfor his supreme sacrifice in a Maoist attack in Chhattisgarh, Former Minister and NationalConference Additional General Secretary Mr Ajay Kumar Sadhotra today said his valour hasmade Duggar Land proud by scripting another chapter of bravery.
Participating in the Tenth Day ceremony of Martyr Joginder Kumar in his native village AbtalKatalan in Samba, Mr Sadhotra said the Jammu region has written with golden letters sagasof valour from times immemorial with warriors laying their lives with a sense of pride in callof their duties.
“The brave give their today for our safe and secured tomorrow”, Mr Sadhotra said, addingthat the sacrifices of the heroes in defending the integrity and sovereignty of the nation willnot go waste.
The indebted nation has all along been bowing their heads with respect anddeep esteem for the sacrifices made by warriors, he said, adding that martyrs will continue toinspire generations for serving the nation in whatever capacity they can.Mr Sadhotra said the martyrdom of brave-hearts reminds the crucial need of working towardspeace and striving for shaping a better future for humanity.

At the same time, Nation hasto stand united for defeating the scourge of terror and violence that has emerged a biggestchallenge to the global community.National Conference Additional General Secretary said at this hour of grief and pride thesolidarity reflects the sense of gratitude towards the martyrs, which is in consonance with thegreat heritage and legacy of the Duggar Land that has always stood like a rock behind heroesof the nation.
He also expressed solidarity with the family of the martyr and appreciated theirresilience in braving their loss with grace and pride.
